You can install the Ascend Zero1 application software. We support mainstream Windows platforms, MAC platforms, Android platforms, iOS platforms, and direct use of web login. The installation steps for each end are as follows:
1. How to install an app to connect to Ascend Zero1 #
IOS： #
- Open the AppStore and search for “IronCow”to find the Ascend AiNAS App;
- Download and install the Ascend AiNAS App。
Andriod： #
- Open the official website of Ascend on your mobile browser, click on the download app to start downloading APK application files；
- Install Ascend App。
2. How to install Ascend TV terminal #
Pre preparation: #
Need to use a USB flash drive to install on Android TV, prepare a USB flash drive to copy the Ascend TV installation package, and insert the USB flash drive into the TV device for installation.
3.Connect to Ascend NAS through WEB #
You can connect to the NAS through the following access methods。
- Connect through Ascend Forwarding Service
- Shengteng Connect service address:
After accessing the remote access service address configured by the manufacturer, users can remotely access NAS services. After successfully logging in, Ascend Connect will automatically and securely access the NAS.
- Enter IP address
IP address access: suitable for internal network access. NAS and access terminal are in the same local area network. After installing and initializing the system, you can find the IP address of the NAS through the mobile client>Settings>Network, or find the IP address of the NAS through router management。
